In the middle of the summer..

Did you go for your holiday already?

July is going to the end...

This time it was like a change of season.

Some people just came back from holiday, from their camps..

Some being packing their backpack and checking a list, ready to go!

Some, lucky ones, came back home to do their wash and laundry and were going again :-)

We are still waiting for our holiday..

It was great sun whole the week. Mama at work.

Thankfully boys could enjoy the sun with Daddy.

I was jealous! I want to warm myself too.

I was sitting out at lunch..to catch a little bit of this sunny weather.

I was counting down till Sunday, when I had to have OFF.

And what...and Sunday morning invited us with grey sky and clouds.

Yes. There was no sun at all!

Can you imagine my face and my mood this morning!

I was such a disappointed...

Finally I took into myself and tried to be happy that is still no rain though.

I was like a child, when can not get sth promised :-)

We went to the sea, had a BBQ, just couldn't get tan !

But kids had a great day.

I can't wait when we go..

I just keep going on my last feet's, but this a great feeling too..

Waiting for something, which supposed to be pleasure (not necessarily I'll be fully relaxed).

Kids are enjoying the summer in full.

Most of the day outside.

Day out minimum once a week.

No education activities or games.

They mostly do, what they want, especially with Daddy - he doesn't have that mum's feeling guilty, when kids are bored or doing sth not educational:-)

Probably they have one of the best summer in their life, so far.

Its a little bit colder tonight.

Hope the next Sunday will get the sunshine back!

Summer ? holidays started!

First week of summer holidays. It didn't gift us with wonderful weather. Raining.

Its not so bad for the moment. We enjoy sleeping 15 minutes longer (the younger man doesn't want to wait for his bootle of milk any longer:-)

We happy that we have a choice - can go out at any time, can stay at home and refresh a usage of any forgotten toys and games.

I had off today, so boys were double happy that I didn't go anywhere, didn't start to clean the house. I just was with them and all the time for them....

If you work 5 days a week up to 10 hours - you really can enjoy spending each minute with kids, talking about some important things...important for them.

Off course, I really can not look at some dust on the shelfs, sticky floor and pasta on the carpet...but today..I decided to forget about it.

I was drawing with them,playing on the floor, went for short walk in rain, spent few minutes in a toys store sharing their excitement of touching and looking at brand new, shiny toys and books:-)

Finally, I do not regret that weather wasn't great. It was really nice day...

Looking for a Summer in...a wardrobe..

By the way - what is today? Today is Friday, 17th of May. MAY !

Suppose to be summer here...

Meanwhile, it is just sunny (sometimes), but so cold, that I could wear my jacket in the house!

Trying to forget about that disappointing weather, I started wardrobes cleaning and refreshing.

At first I'm gonna to check what is still wearable:-)

Because Franek is at school, I started from Janek. Because he was just 9 months old year ago, obviously his shelfs are quite empty now...but I found a few things that you never don't know what the size is and some of them kids can wear over 3 years! 

Its much easier to wear your child in the summer. You may need more basic t-shirts and short trousers (they're getting dirty 3-5 times a day). But It doesn't mean it has to be boring.

Summer gives you a chance to wear a clothes in some crazy colours, that you never put on different time...And you can mix and match things that you never put togheter. Summer gives a FREEDOM. 

In our wardrobes too.

But the things that will stay with us for a while are usually quite classic - such those on the Janek's pictures. Basic top with not aggressive motive looks good with similar composition of colours 1/3 trousers...Hat gives a style any time. 

Me and Franek love hats...

I am going to organise a special trip searching for  great boys (and girls too) accessorise that makes such a difference to any basic outfit.

I will be browsing now, but big SALE time is on June:-) Let's check what we need and start saving!
