Saying I do...

I had an intention to say something about usual children's health issues...
But...my friend came in and we had a chat about meaning of the marriage!
Started to watch old pics and remind our weddings and how happy and pretty day it was...
How young we've been and what we were thinking saying YES :-)
We didn't think that anything may go different way we wish...
We didn't realise how different are the normal days are...
We've been the most happy people of the world..
Did we understand the marriage vow?
We think, that NOT AT ALL!
Even sharing a flat before we've got married, we really don't know how its gonna be when prose of the life come in to our marriage.
And now, after 7-8 years since that pretty day, we listen to the marriage vow again, and just say - we recited the empty words...
We didn't know their meaning. Kids, sickness, financial difficulties, different life ideas, different family education and just tiredness of each other...if we can go thru all of this together...we may fulfill and learn the meaning of the marriage.
And hopefully we still want to go together thru the life.
If I know that before, would I say I DO to him?
I thankfully still think I would:-)
I just wonder If the meaning will be similar for another 10, 20, 30 years...
I am even starting to think about a wife's of my son's :-)
I should stop talking now...life brings the answer.
So I'm gonna to enjoy every single day together and taste the life.
That's it!

May picnic at botanic garden!

It's not going to be about tiredness, lactation issues, parenting obstacles or any other bad things today.
Grab your coffee and a chocolate bar (sic!), sit in your cosy chair (alone) and relax! It's May Bank Holiday, so I am going to share a few photos (we've got a million, so was so hard to choose some for you...) and give you some way how to spend the days off with your family - and its FREE:-)

Only when we went there I realised that we go there every year for a first May weekend!
The place is named National Botanic Gardens Glasnevin in Dublin.
What is important for the families with couple of children - the entrance is free and you can walk there how long you want to. We are going there when is colder or raining as well, because they have few closed areas that you can look at rare flowers or cacti.
Franek loves going there, because of the cacti! Do you remember, that in Cars from Disney Lightening McQuinn came up in to cacti:-)
The only one disadvantage I can see, is that you are not allowed to bring the bikes.
We sat in exactly same place where before and I could remember how Franek was crawling there few years ago:-)
This year was a time for Janek. He was so excited running around and between bushes and flowers.
Going there we feel that spring definitely is here and summer just approaching:-) Hopefully!
I had to bring a picnic blanket and tableweare set to make a real picnic.
When we came in there, Franek has choosen the place and managed to put everything in place:-)
And we enjoyed those couple of minutes when you can lay down on the grass,
look on the sky and just listen to the nature:-)
Janek has got VERY dirty at the end of the trip, but this was obvious if I decided to wear him white trousers:-)) My hubbie said he doesn't like this style but I love to make Sunday a special day and let him wear something different than sport suit.

This was a lovely day. One of those I wasn't thinking about a job and how many things left to do at home.
We just enjoyed the sun.

This week will be two months I switched to the blog, so for this occasion I'm preparing a special surprise:-) Watch me in the next days...

Kiddies games: Kite

I was really very active as a child.
I loved going outside with mates and play any available kiddies games.
Our imagination didn't get a borders.
We've playing with rope, jumping with elastic band, seek and hide and other team plays....There was so many of us out...
I think children don't know those kind of play now days.
They play more themself, have such a big range of outdoor toys that we even couldn't imagine about...but we've been so happy playing TOGETHER!
We had a freedom! I was going outside with my sisters and friend's only and the oldest was probably about six.
Most children are brought for additional activities by car, have no time just to go out and be bored...Can they find out what really they want to do?
There was healthy competition spirit, but help and deep friendships as well.
I think It is harder to find the best friend now.
I think I am a little bit to careful too. I have to prepare myself that my son will go out just himself shortly and he has to be prepared for a life without a  mum:-)

Franek has got a great kite for his birthday, so we couldn't wait to try it out:-)
He was very excited about it. He was assisting in setting it up and was very careful listener how to use it. Janek didn't know at all what's going on, but was running around feeling that something funny is going to happen...
Their faces - when the kite went up - priceless!
We invited Franek's best friends to play together with it.
We want him to know that fantastic feeling when you can share your fun and happiness and sadness also with your closest.

If it's going about Franek's birthday - we had fantastic fun, party was great and I have to say big THANK YOU to all guests and my friend Ola which baked hilarious Birthday cakes for us. Let's see below-it is an art, not just the cakes:-)

What about you? Did you have your favourite children's game that you can remember?
